California Settlement Company Selects RamQuest

RamQuest Inc., a provider of business solutions for the land title industry, announced that Telsi Real Estate Solutions of Santa Ana, Calif., has implemented the company’s Total Solution for its title and settlement production and California escrow needs.

According to a release, Telsi Real Estate Solutions was looking for a more robust solution that could handle a large volume of transactions with task management capability. They also wanted to find a single solution that would enable title and settlement production as well as handle the California escrow needs of the company so that they could provide their customers a one-stop shop with an integrated, seamless experience. RamQuest’s Total Solution met those needs, enabling enhanced customer service capabilities while also providing the ability to bolster existing internal controls resulting in new internal efficiencies that Telsi is already realizing.

Potter goes on to say that Telsi Real Estate Solutions is already working to leverage the network of underwriter integrations that RamQuest’s solution offers in addition to maximizing flexibility by working with RamQuest to create new partnerships with several service providers critical to Telsi’s business process.

RamQuest’s Total Solution provides title companies with a set of tools for managing the title insurance process including order processing, commitment, escrow accounting and HUD generation with its Complete Closing Enterprise. RamQuest’s Closing Market network enables title companies to electronically connect to brokers, lenders, service providers, underwriters and other title companies making it easier to do business and eliminate costs by containing the process to a single electronic system and significantly reducing cycle time from order receipt to completion. Rounding out RamQuest's Total Solution for the title industry are PaperlessCloser, the company's transaction management solution and FileScan Plus, RamQuest's document imaging and management tool.
