- COVID Response Page on your site
- Send an email to your clients about what you are doing to keep customers safe during COVID-19
- Email footer on all communications that point to your COVID-19 response plan
Advertise Yourself
- Instagram Posts

- Use your existing social channels to show your team working remotely, using photos and video to show what the closing looks like
- Develop Google alerts

- Utilize Video Conferencing
- If your state allows Digital Closings invite REALTORS and consumers who are closing soon to see what the digital closing environment will looks like
- many video conferencing sites have expanded their free account options right now. Use this to train Realtors and lenders, offer other community info, tips on how to close deals in the current environment.
- Don't be afraid to have fun with video conferencing. Some agents are having super hero day and “pajama planning” strategy sessions. It’s tense out there, try to lighten the mood for your staff.
- Be as flexible as you can with closings. Can you close in parking lots or on a bench outside ? Can you institute drive thru closings?
- In your waiting room have a one-pager letting consumers know how important their health and safety are to your business
- Let them know you are cleaning the closing room after each visit, using new pens for each closing
- Before closing day send a pre-signing health questionnaire to help guaranty everyones health
- Sample Questions:
- Have you or your family members traveled internationally in the last 14 days?
- Have you or your family been diagnosed with the virus in the last 14 days?
- Have you or your family experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Sample Questions:
- Have only essential people in a closing
- Display hand sanitizer/disinfecting wipes in the closing room and waiting area
- Adopt a non-handshake policy
