The purpose and scope of work of this committee is to:

1. Select candidates at least 60 days prior to the Annual Convention to fill expiring terms (3 members and the Chair) for the offices of chair, vice chair, secretary, and seven other members of the Section executive committee.
   


2. Designate from the Section executive committee, other than the Chair, two members to serve on the Board of Governors.


3. Report the names of nominees to the Section membership at least 30 days prior to the Annual Convention and report as one of the first orders of business on the first day of the Section meeting at the Annual Convention.
