Arizona-based Title Agency Adds Exec

Thomas Title & Escrow recently hired Brett Hopper as executive vice president. Prior to joining Thomas Title & Escrow, Hopper served as vice president of residential development and investment for Trammell Crow Company, investing in residential projects throughout metropolitan Phoenix.
He began his real estate career as an attorney for one of Arizona’s largest firms representing investors, developers, homebuilders and lenders involved in the acquisition, development, sale and financing of commercial and residential projects. After practicing law, Hopper served seven years as vice president of land acquisition for D.R. Horton, one of the largest homebuilders in the country. Hopper graduated cum laude from both the Marriott School of Management and J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, holds an Arizona real estate license and has published several articles regarding real estate law. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and is fluent in Portuguese.
