Lenders First Choice Hires New Senior Vice President of National Operations

September 25, 2006

Lenders First Choice (LFC) has added Dan Bailey as senior vice president of national operations. In this position, Bailey supervises the company's overall closing operations. He is based at LFC's Frisco, Texas operations center. Prior to joining LFC, Bailey had several positions at LandAmerica OneStop, including vice president of Texas operations, vice president of strategic initiatives and compliance officer.

"Our mission at Lenders First Choice revolves around providing the best service on every transaction," said Bill Moody, president of Lenders First Choice. "We adhere to this strategy because we put as much attention and detail into the closing process as we do with the title insurance. Our company continues to bring in more business, and we knew we needed a detail-oriented person who could manage our operations and help us scale when necessary. Dan's track record proves that he will efficiently supervise our teams and provide the quality our lender partners and their customers have come to expect."

Bailey received his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York. He is also a member of the Texas Land Title Association.
