RamQuest Integrates With Fort Dox

January 21, 2014

RamQuest, Inc., a provider of solutions for the land title industry, announced that Fort Dox Links is now integrated with the company’s Closing Market digital network. Closing Market is RamQuest’s application-to-application interface that electronically connects business partners allowing each to work from within their own software.

“This integration gives RamQuest title agents a cost effective way to integrate these innovative services into their business, allowing them to continually build relationships and, ultimately, capture repeat business,” said Tony Rinaldi, principal at Fort Dox. “This is also a huge differentiator for title companies in their originator recruiting efforts.”

With the Fort Dox Links integration, RamQuest’s Closing Market-enabled customers can maintain a life-long presence with home buyers and sellers. Fort Dox Links gives title agents the ability to facilitate digital delivery and access to all closing documents, thereby offering buyers and sellers a paperless closing experience. Additionally, Fort Dox Links features email notifications when consumers access their file to enable follow up and increase repeat business, title company branding and lender/realtor contact information to ensure top of mind awareness and email marketing tools for communication with consumers after the closing.

“This is another of the many Closing Market interfaces that enable title companies to set themselves apart in their respective markets by creating competitive advantage,” said Brooks Yeager, director of internet services for RamQuest. “The capability offered by Closing Market enables title companies to more efficiently and effectively service current customers and opens doors for new opportunities.”
