Landtech Data Integrates With First American’s AgentNet

September 24, 2013

Landtech Data Corp. announced that First American Title Insurance Co.’s AgentNet is now integrated with Landtech’s XML Settlement System.

This allows users to search back title (where available) and generate approved First American Closing Protection Letters and Policy Jackets directly from within the Landtech XML Settlement System platform.

The integrated technology minimizes the need to work through various systems and provides a more expedient and streamlined settlement process. The AgentNet integration eliminates duplicative data entry and connects AgentNet products directly to the Landtech XML settlement file.

“This First American Title Insurance Company integration is another example of Landtech’s cutting edge technology in an ongoing effort to expedite our customers closing process, enabling them to maximize their efficiency,” said Benjamin Bell, vice president of Landtech Data Corp.

Current Landtech customers using First American's web-based facility for AgentNet requests, the login credentials should transfer into your Landtech XML Settlement System without any changes required.

“Agents are always looking for simple, convenient technology solutions that help them increase efficiency,” said Larry Godec, chief information officer for First American Title Insurance Co. “Integrating Landtech with AgentNet is a good example of First American’s ongoing efforts to make it even easier to do business with us.”
