Vantage Point Title Names SVP of National Retail Operations

June 28, 2022

California-based Vantage Point Title recently named Natalie Moranda as senior vice president of national retail operations.

In addition to strategic growth, Moranda is responsible for designing the title and escrow process flows and implementing best practices and compliance for the title and escrow platform. As the market changes, she Moranda will lead the direction for new business development, cross-functional initiatives and projects.

“As Vantage Point Title continues to serve a growing client base in an expanding list of markets, we’re thrilled to be adding this experienced title professional to our team,” said Robert Jackson, president and CEO of Vantage Point Title. “We take great pride in providing personalized customer support to our clients and she will be a big part of our customers’ success.”

Moranda has more than 20 years of industry experience in escrow and title related functions, and has previously served in various executive roles. Licensed in 29 states as a title producer, she has successfully licensed and launched several national title companies, including United Lender Services, a USAA company.
