SnapClose, Stewart Expand Integration

September 14, 2021

Real estate closing software company SnapClose has expanded its integration with Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

The integration allows title agents, attorneys and escrow officers the ability to generate policy jackets and closing protection letters (CPLs) from Stewart directly from the SnapClose Pro platform, the companies announced.

“Stewart is excited to partner with SnapClose to provide our agents a streamlined and more productive interface. Agents can now produce Stewart CPLs and Jackets, send premium and remittance data, as well as include electronic signatures without leaving SnapClose, making agents’ time more efficient.” said Tara Smith, president of Stewart’s agency services.

SnapClose CEO Alison Maloney, added, “It has been a pleasure working with the entire Stewart team to automate and streamline our integration. The ability to add signatures to Stewart documents and revise existing policies and jackets will benefit all of our mutual customers. SnapClose customers who underwrite with Stewart Title can now complete the entire process without leaving the software.”
