SoftPro Releases Update with Fidelity’s agentTRAX

SoftPro announced the release of a major enhancement to its integration with Fidelity National Title Group’s agentTRAX software. Users of the closing and title software who are agents of Fidelity National Title Group will benefit from new streamlined capabilities between agentTRAX and their SoftPro software.

“We are excited to release this enhanced integration for our customers who are agents of Fidelity National Title Group,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro chief customer officer. “The efficiencies gained will not only contribute to savings in time and money for our customers, but to their ability to better serve their clients.”

Through the integration, users can create and issue closing protection letters and good standing letters, issue policy jackets, and report premiums due. The functionality includes the ability to request high liability approvals and mapping of endorsements. Through SoftPro Select’s automation suite, agents can add processes to automate the upload of policy images and the generation of closing protection letters.

“This is a great benefit for our agents,” said Steve Day, president of National Agency Operations for the Fidelity National Title Group. “The additional features added will allow all SoftPro users to increase their efficiencies by utilizing these new enhancements to our Industry Leading agentTRAX system and can do so without leaving the SoftPro production environment.”

The integration is available at no cost to all SoftPro customers through the SoftPro 360 business exchange portal.
