Title Alliance Appoints General Counsel, Compliance Officer

Title Alliance recently appointed Maria Deligiorgis as general counsel and compliance officer. In this role, she is responsible for all of the company's legal and business elements in all operations.

Deligiorgis has spent her career in the real estate and title insurance industries working with small and large companies. She has broad legal and business knowledge and expertise throughout her career combined with executive level experience developing, managing, and structuring businesses and implementing legal strategy for compliance.

"Maria's broad experience in both the legal and business sides of our industry makes her the ideal person to fulfill this position," said Jim Campbell, CEO of Title Alliance. Deligiorgis will focus on overseeing the business and legal practices of Title Alliance and all its entities, in all operations in all states. Deligiorgis also supervises and directs underwriting, compliance reports and best practices along with overseeing SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting and other compliance endeavors. Additionally she is responsible for structuring our compliance educational series to assure continued learning among our team members.
