TitleWave Real Estate Solutions Strengthens Bench

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions has added two title industry veterans to its executive team.
Theresa Kane-Mackenzie has joined TitleWave as vice president of Northeast sales. She is a 28-year veteran of the title insurance industry. Most recently, she served as a Northeast based sales account executive with a national title data and search provider. Kane-Mackenzie also has held roles as agency representative with a large national underwriter and sales representative with a national provider of title and property research.
In addition, Terri Renker has joined as vice president of Midwest sales for the company. She has worked in the title industry since 1995. Renker’s title experience includes everything from order entry to accounting, closing to search and exam, and regional sales for a title search provider in the Midwest. Her previous role was as an agency representative with a national underwriter.
