Mulvaney: RESPA Enforcement Will Continue

May 29, 2018

Speaking at ALTA’s 2018 Advocacy Summit, Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Acting Director Mick Mulvaney said that while the bureau is focused on changing its culture, enforcement of consumer regulations—including the Real Estate and Settlement Procedures Act—would continue.
