Stewart Title of California Announces New Division President

June 28, 2012

Stewart Title of California Inc. announced the appointment of Steven Rosansky as division president of Stewart Title of California for Orange and San Diego counties. Rosansky will be responsible for guiding the profitable expansion of services throughout this area of Southern California.

“We take pride in our leadership at Stewart, and Steven is no exception,” said Steve Vivanco, group vice president of Stewart Title of California. “Steven’s real estate and title industry experience positions us for continued success in Southern California under his guidance. His proven leadership abilities will be an asset to both our company and our customers.”

Rosansky previously served as vice president with Asset Preservation Inc., Stewart’s 1031 exchange-qualified intermediary subsidiary. Prior to joining Asset Preservation, he successfully guided a large tax-deferred exchange company as the vice president, regional manager for their Southern and Central California regional operation. Rosansky has also previously worked as a trial attorney both for a national title company and in private practice, litigating various real estate, escrow and title insurance matters.

Rosansky received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law on a Dean’s Merit scholarship, and was a member of their Law Review. He also has an undergraduate degree in accounting.
