October 29, 2007

BOSTON --Lender Support Systems, Inc. (LSSI), a global provider of eMortgage enabled lending and loan servicing technology solutions, recently released eZPrelim™, an eDisclosure solution that reduces compliance costs and time spent meeting regulatory requirements. eZPrelim™ seamlessly interfaces with all prominent LOS and other document systems to offer manual and automated delivery options; provide reports on pending and archived disclosure packages and establish evidence of eSign, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA and Standards and Procedures for Electronic Records and Signatures (SpeRS) compliance. The solution also includes direct marketing features, so lenders can grow their level of business with individual borrowers.

“eZPrelim™ is a cost-effective solution that reduces the compliance burdens that eat into lenders’ productivity,” said Cary Burch, president and CEO of LSSI. “The solution reduces the time spent on eDisclosure issues and enables lenders to focus on generating new loans.”

The solution will be available through LSSI’s new LSSIConnect Web ordering platform, which operates in a MISMO XML environment. LSSIConnect serves as a stand-alone or integrated application directing users to a number of Web service interfaces, including eZPrelim™, to create a marketplace of origination services for lenders.
