ALTA Renews TIAC as Elite Provider for 2026
Washington, D.C., May 1, 2026 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, announced it has renewed Title Industry Assurance Company (TIAC) as an ALTA Elite Provider for 2026.
ALTA’s Elite Provider Program features distinguished service providers committed to furnishing extensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs.
“The ALTA Elite Provider Program recognizes service providers that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the title insurance industry and the professionals who serve consumers every day,” ALTA CEO Chris Morton said. “Elite Providers like TIAC deliver reliable solutions, uphold high industry standards and help ALTA members operate more efficiently in a complex and evolving marketplace.”
TIAC currently provides errors and omissions (E&O) insurance and surety bonds to ALTA members and plans to expand its insurance product offering with additional lines of business in the future. Originally established by ALTA in the 1980s as a risk retention group, TIAC was created to bring long-term stability to title professionals seeking E&O insurance. TIAC is exclusively focused on serving the title industry, with an E&O policy designed by title professionals for title professionals. The company’s underwriters and customer support team work closely to deliver insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
