ALTA Announces ePN Renews as Elite Provider

Washington, DC, February 20, 2024 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, announced that eRecording Partners Network (ePN) has renewed as an ALTA Elite Provider.

ALTA’s Elite Provider Program features distinguished service providers committed to furnishing extensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs.

“As an ALTA Elite Provider, ePN has shown its dedication to customers through the company’s singular focus on and extensive knowledge about the real estate industry,” said Diane Tomb, ALTA’s chief executive officer. “In an industry that is experiencing changes, it is important for ALTA to supply members with innovative service providers that are actively engaged in creating state-of-the-art, customized solutions. The Elite Provider Program calls for our premiere providers to complete a comprehensive application process, which includes furnishing ALTA with member recommendations as well as financial statements. This extensive practice proves Elite Providers, like ePN, can add value for our members and make their businesses more profitable.”

ePN is a national eRecording service provider, offering a variety of recording solutions designed to meet the needs of title agents, settlement providers, attorneys and other document submitters across the United States. Its services include a web-based traditional eRecording solution called eCourier, an outsourced eRecording solution in which ePN will handle the submission of your electronic recordings, a paper processing solution allowing ePN to handle the delivery, tracking and confirmation of paper-based recordings and an integrated recording solution where ePN offers an integration document record system.

ePN offers ALTA members a 30 percent discount on the first 100 documents submitted for erecording within the first 30 days of service.
