Qualia announced the next evolution of Qualia Connect, transforming the product into a branded, multi-channel communications platform that enables title and escrow professionals for personalized real estate closings at scale.
Qualia has evolved Connect from its original vision as a secure portal to a comprehensive communications platform that addresses the modern challenges of the closing process, including portal fatigue and the need for greater differentiation. Notably, new capabilities allow title and escrow professionals to communicate with clients through their preferred channels.

The enhanced Qualia Connect introduces new features designed to boost efficiency, security and personalization. Magic Links provide instant, secure access to requests and documents, eliminating the need for clients to remember a username and password. Meanwhile, Qualia Texting will be available in October 2025 and allows professionals to engage with clients via SMS directly from the Qualia platform. This allows for a tailored contact strategy that lets title and escrow professionals meet their clients where they prefer to communicate, according to Qualia.
