This service provides access to Basic Policies, Commitment Forms, Endorsement Forms, Reinsurance Agreements, and Related Documents like Closing Protection Letters, Arbitration Rules, and the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA®/ACSM Land Title Surveys. Effective June 16, 2006, ALTA® approved new policy forms and a new collection of endorsements and delayed decertifying older forms for one year, which has now passed. The older forms, which are no longer recognized as official ALTA® forms, have been moved to new "Archived" sections towards the bottom of these listings. These forms will continue to be listed because the prior language continues to exist and individual insurers have these forms in the marketplace. In addition, customers may request or regulatory approval may mandate the use of some of these forms.
