SoftPro is the nation's leading provider of Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance software

Bacchus Title Group, LLC, Picks Hall Settlement Systems’ eTitleAxis

January 25, 2007

Bacchus Title Group, LLC, has selected eTitleAxis developed by Hall Settlement Systems as its title, settlement and transaction management system. The Louisiana-based real estate settlement company will use eTitleAxis to streamline order processing, facilitate growth and differentiate from the competition.

Bacchus Title Group Founder and Managing Member Ryan Loyacano said the company chose eTitleAxis because the hosted, Web-based system eliminates the need for dedicated client/server hardware and software, and also fit with its strategy for a paperless environment.

“eTitleAxis’ fully-integrated, customer-centric workflow is second to none,” said Loyacano. “The system’s ability to seamlessly enable collaboration with all parties involved in the settlement process, including lenders, real estate agents, vendors, buyers and sellers, enhances transaction management, accelerates order processing, and provides Bacchus Title Group with competitive advantage.”

eTitleAxis automates the processing of order entry, transaction management and status reporting, title production, escrow closing and settlement, recordation tracking and title policy issuance. Known primarily for its ability to adapt to the individual needs of each client, eTitleAxis is 100% Web-based, so adding users and branches can be done in a matter of minutes. This enables title company employees to work anytime, from anywhere, with secure Internet access.
