The ability to adapt to changing market conditions is vital for title and settlement companies, according to Jon Allen, vice president, business development, for Hall Settlement Systems. Allen along with Wendy Gibson, senior vice president, will discuss the future of technology for the title industry during the educational session, Total Transaction Management Systems, 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 12.
