Old Republic Names National Underwriting Counsel

Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. recently named Dana Grutchfield as vice president and national underwriting counsel.

Serving as a legal resource for corporate and field operations personnel, her primary focus will be to underwrite commercial title insurance risks over $25 million and provide legal and business advice to and on behalf of the company.

Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Grutchfield was a partner in the real estate departments of Quarles & Brady LLP and DLA Piper US LLP. She’s also serves as general counsel and vice president of business affairs for FrankCrum.

Grutchfield was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and is a member of the Hillsborough County and the American bar associations. She is a member of the Florida Bar Section of Real Property Probate and Trust Law and the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.

She has served as a member of the Go Red for Women Executive Cabinet for the American Cancer Society and has been involved with other charitable events in the Tampa Bay area, such as the Martinis and Matisse Fundraiser for the Clearwater Free Clinic and the FrankCrum Invitational Charity Golf Tournament.
