Manhattan, N.Y.-based TitleVest adds seven industry veterans to its business development and national title insurance divisions.

Manhattan, N.Y.-based TitleVest announced the addition of seven prominent title industry professionals to its business development and national title insurance divisions: Christine Gagliardi and Maria Fogliano, managing directors, business development; Eric McLendon, sales executive; John Cassese Jr., senior vice president, national sales; Daniel Bokol, national sales executive; Toni Ridzy-Hall, vice president, market manager, South Florida; and Matthew Kornfeld, director, national title and settlement services.

The new hires join TitleVest at a time of tremendous growth for the company. Fueled by its client service and proprietary technology, which includes a U.S. Patent and another Patent Pending, TitleVest was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the 5000 fastest growing companies in the nation for 2010.

Gagliardi joins TitleVest after a distinguished tenure at First American Title Insurance Company of New York, where she became senior vice president of sales, and most recently, Benchmark Title Agency, where she was a principal and its top sales executive.

Fogliano is one of the most seasoned and respected title insurance sales professionals in the business. Also a veteran of First American Title Insurance Company of New York, Fogliano spent the past 19 years procuring a Who's Who roster of institutional real estate clients.

McLendon brings a diversity of experience to TitleVest. After a distinguished career in the news and entertainment industry as a sportscaster for WNBC, a producer for ABC News, a host on The Food Network, and an actor, McLendon decided to leverage his outstanding interpersonal skills and breadth of relationships into a career in real estate, first as a broker with Corcoran and until recently as a sales executive with PDE Title.

Cassese joins TitleVest with extensive experience in both the title and mortgage industries. Prior to joining TitleVest, Cassese was Titleserv's senior vice president of national sales. As its top producer, Cassese substantially expanded the title agency's national title business with many of the nation's leading institutional mortgage lenders. Previously, he served as a senior loan officer with both JP Morgan Chase Bank and Washington Mutual Bank.

Bokol was similarly one of Titleserv's top sales executives, joining the firm after a successful career at Countrywide Home Loans and Washington Mutual Bank.

Ridzy-Hall, with more than 17 years in the title and mortgage industries, also comes from Titleserv, where she serviced the firm's Florida institutional lender accounts. Previously, she held positions with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

During his nine-year tenure with Titleserv, Kornfeld served as its national closing manager with additional responsibilities in staff recruitment, training, and vendor management.

"We are delighted to welcome such accomplished and seasoned title professionals," said Bill Baron, TitleVest's president and CEO. "Our model of offering industry-best service and technology has not only fueled our phenomenal client growth but has also made us such an attractive choice for title industry professionals."
