DocuSign Names New CEO

January 19, 2017

DocuSign announced that is has named Daniel Springer as chief executive officer.

Springer previously served as chairman and CEO for 10 years at Responsys where he transformed the business from private start up to a leading cross-channel marketing automation platform globally and a publicly traded company.

Springer has more than 25 years of executive leadership and experience in driving innovation and hyper growth across technology and, specifically, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

Former CEO Keith Krach will continue to serve chair of DocuSign's board.

"DocuSign has delivered tremendous value for hundreds of thousands of companies and millions of consumers around the world by providing them with a faster, easier and more secure set of services for their digital transformation journey," Springer said. "I look forward to leading the next chapter of DocuSign innovations to bring even more value to our customers, developers and partners around the world."
