MarketLinx® announces launch of regional training Program for system users

SANTA ANA, Calif., – MarketLinx Inc., a provider of information technology to the residential real estate industry, today announced the commencement of a regional training program for users of Lucero® Summit, the company’s broker back-office system.
Lucero Summit offers an extensive array of features and unique reporting capabilities to assist real estate professionals in efficiently and profitably managing their operations. Core functions of the system include management and tracking of real estate contracts and instant, automated agent commission calculations. Users also have access to tools that help manage listings, showing appointments, lead capture and distribution, and other tasks vital to real estate office operations.
The two-day training seminar is oriented toward real estate agency owners, managers and staff who utilize the platform for day-to-day tasks vital to real estate office operations, sales management, listings management, showing appointments, data entry and lead capture. Demonstrations on proper program operation and Lucero report utilization will be geared to all levels of user experience. The regional seminar series begins in Orlando, Fla., on June 4, 2007, and will continue through the remainder of the year with seminars scheduled in Reno, Nev.; Boston; Austin, Texas; and Chicago.
