The Docket: N.Y. Court Holds Insurer’s Claim Timely in Foreclosure Action

Christopher Smart, shareholder of the law firm Carlton Fields PA, provided today’s review of a decision by the New York County Supreme Court that addresses an underwriter’s request for default judgment in a foreclosure action.
