Industry Veteran Opens Florida-based Title Agency

February 1, 2024

Title industry veteran Randi Benge has launched Bonita Springs, Fla.-based title company The Title Link.

Benge has 26 years of title industry experience in Southwest Florida.

“Our unwavering commitment is to prioritize our clients’ needs above all else,” Benge said. “We are dedicated to streamlining the closing process, making it as effortless as possible for all parties involved.”

As a woman-owned business, The Title Link extends its services to assist with any real estate transaction throughout Florida. Benge said the company offers benefits to its customers with fully insured funds throughout transactions, utilizing an ICS escrow account covered by FDIC insurance and remote deposits.
