GAO Report Says USDA Tracking of Foreign Land Ownership ‘Flawed’

A new report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) says the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) processes to collect, track, and report key information about foreign investment in U.S. agricultural land are flawed.
