InspectHOA Partners With GridBase

InspectHOA has partnered with GridBase to offer its HOA-focused technology and services to Resware users.

InspectHOA is a provider of HOA documents acquisition and modernized settlement processes for the real estate industry. GridBase is a universal API for mortgage lender and title agent collaboration. Resware, a Qualia company, is a customizable title production platform.

As a result of the partnership, Resware users will now be able to access InspectHOA services directly through their Resware systems. Those services include HOA documents acquisition services as well as municipal lien search and payoff solutions as well.

“Resware is one of the title industry’s leading title production platforms and we are grateful that GridBase could open the door for users to more easily access our services and technology,” said Anton Tonev, co-founder of InspectHOA. “No one should have to deal with the inevitable headaches brought on by sorting through literally thousands of variations of HOA documents, not to mention the challenges of communicating with those HOAs or management companies. We believe Resware users, because of this integration, will quickly come to appreciate the extra time our AI-driven technology and services, will afford them to focus on more meaningful tasks.”
