Registration Deadlines

Regular Registration Deadline:
Friday, April 17, 2009, 5:00 PM EST

Registration includes general sessions, 2 breakfasts, 2 Receptions, and 2 Luncheons.

Payment for the full amount of the conference registration, plus any additional optional participation fees, must accompany registration form. Faxed registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by a credit card; otherwise, they will be held until payment is received and charged the applicable registration fee at that time.

We accept the following credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard or VISA. If paying by check, please make check payable to ALTA.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to March 29, 2009 and are subject to a US$100 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after March 29, 2009 nor will they be given for no-shows. Please mail, fax, or email cancellations to meetings@alta.org.
