The program for the Federal Conference is finalized in the winter. The ALTA Federal Conference is held each year at the beginning of May. Events begin on Sunday Evening and conclude late Wednesday afternoon with a Capitol Hill Lobby Day. Program details will appear in ALTA publications and here on the ALTA Web site as they become available.
