The program for the Federal Conference is finalized in the winter. The ALTA Federal Conference is held each year at the beginning of March. Events begin on Monday and conclude late Wednesday afternoon with a Congressional Luncheon on Capitol Hill. Program details will appear in ALTA publications and here on the ALTA Web site as they become available.
