Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to Friday, September 25, 2009 and are subject to a US$100.00 processing fee.  Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the 2009 Annual Convention.  Refunds will not be granted after September 26, 2009, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend.  Please notify ALTA of all cancellations by mail, fax, or e-mail.
