The Republican National Convention wrapped up last week and the Democratic National Convention is nearly in the books. The 2012 presidential election will intensify from here on out. With the presidential election teetering on a knife’s edge, the economy’s performance in the months ahead may well decide if President Obama wins reelection.
While neither President Obama nor Republican candidate Mitt Romney have spoken directly about their plans for the housing market, hopefully things will crystallize as we draw closer to the election. To give you the inside scoop, Ronald Brownstein, editorial director and columnist for the National Journal, will provide an expert view on who he believes will win the 2012 presidential election during a general session on Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Annual Convention.
Join us for this conversation as the two-time Pulitzer finalist provides analysis on the candidates’ policies and the impact each could have on the housing market and the overall economy.
