State of the Industry
Title industry veterans, including Anne Anastasi, Chris Abbinante, Phil Schulman, Kevin Breeland and Fowler Williams , will offer their insight on a variety of issues impacting business and how recent legislative and regulatory changes and further alterations will influence the marketplace. You will hear their thoughts on initial drafts of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's combined mortgage disclosure form, what type of RESPA enforcement to expect from the CFPB now that it's up and running, and how different parts of the Dodd-Frank Act will impact their business, including regulators' proposed risk retention rule and qualified residential mortgage exemption.
