FHFA Releases Fair Lending Final Rule, Updates to Equitable Housing Finance Plans

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) on April 29 released its final Fair Lending, Fair Housing, and Equitable Housing Finance Plans Final Rule. The FHFA also released updates to Equitable Housing Finance Plans for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as 2023 performance reports.
