ALTA Honors Texas Member with National Recognition
Washington, D.C., Sept. 29, 2025 — Lisa Beville J.D., CAEP, CESP, CPA, CTIP, NTP has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on Aug. 1, 2025, Beville is one of 127 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned their designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

With more than 32 years of experience in the land title industry, Beville serves as underwriting counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. She is a member of the Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma Land Title Associations and has earned the Texas Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP), Certified Abstract Examination Professional (CAEP) and Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP) state designations. For the past 15 years, she has shared her expertise as a member of the Texas Land Title Association’s Education Committee and the Texas Land Title Institute Planning Committee; she also has contributed to the Basic Manual Task Force Committee. Although an underwriting attorney by profession, Beville has devoted the past decade to writing papers and teaching continuing education courses for title professionals.

Washington, D.C., Jan. 27, 2026 — John Hall CTIP, NTP, agency services manager for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., in Frisco, Texas, has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on Dec. 1, 2025, Hall is one of 123 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and currently have this national recognition.

With more than 34 years in the land title industry, Hall has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to professional excellence and industry advancement. He is deeply involved with the Texas Land Title Association, serving on multiple committees and advisory groups addressing legislative, regulatory, education, communications and technology issues. His leadership experience also includes service on the Board and Rates Committee of the Louisiana Title Insurance Statistical Services Organization.
