ALTA Honors Maine Member with National Recognition
Washington, D.C., September 28, 2026 — Lexi Franchi NTP has earned the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association, the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Formally acknowledged with the NTP designation on September 1, 2026, Franchi is one of 132 leaders across the United States who have devoted their careers to the land title industry and earned their designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

Franchi serves as an agency representative for First American Title Insurance Co., where she works closely with title agents and attorneys throughout Maine and New England. She has a broad range of experience in residential and commercial settlement services, client education, marketing and relationship development.
Franchi is a member of the New England Land Title Association (NELTA), where she serves as a director on the association’s board and is a member of the Membership Committee. She also serves as chair of the Maine Chapter of Women in Title. In addition, Franchi is active in ALTA’s Influencer Program and ALTA WINGS Mentorship Program.
Franchi also gives back to her community as a committee member of the Family Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity. She has shared her expertise by presenting education sessions for members of the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS, Kennebec Valley Board of REALTORS, Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS, Greater Portland Association of REALTORS and Seacoast Board of REALTORS.
