Compass Expands Qualia Partnership Across Title Operations

October 8, 2026

The expanded agreement builds on a relationship that began in 2023, when Compass used Qualia's technology to power a one-click title ordering integration within its Home Platform. The latest phase will bring title operations across Compass' affiliated companies onto the Qualia platform, replacing multiple systems inherited through Compass' merger with Anywhere Real Estate.
