ALTA Congratulates Latest NTP Designees

ALTA's National Title Professional (TNP) designation demonstrates professional's commitment to excellence while strengthening their brand and career opportunities. Seven more title professionals joined the growing who have earned NTP designation from ALTA. Click here for a full list of designees.
- Andrew Acker NTP is chief operating officer of California-based D. Bello. With 14 years of industry experience, he is a member of the California Land Title Association. Acker has served as a conference ambassador for ALTA’s in-person events, and has presented educational sessions at ALTA ONE, TitleCon and the Association for Title Information Management (ATIM). He has served as board president of ATIM for the past five years.
- Lisa Aubrey CTP, NTP serves as director of education and agency development for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. With 33 years of industry experience, she is a member of the New Jersey Land Title Association, where she is a past president. She also serves on NJLTA’s Finance, Planning, Convention and Certified Title Professional (CTP) committee. Aubrey also is a member of ALTA’s Education Committee and previously served on the Industry Business Steering, Research & Analytics, Talent and Technology committees.
- Jennifer Deseck NTP, TPN is owner/president of Nebraska-based Omaha National Title Co. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, she is a licensed insurance producer and a member of the Nebraska Land Title Association (NELTA). She is past a past president of NELTA.
- Lexi Franchi NTP is an agency representative for First American Title Insurance Co., where she works closely with title agents and attorneys throughout Maine and New England. She is a member of the New England Land Title Association (NELTA), where she serves as a director on the association’s board and is a member of the Membership Committee. She also serves as chair of the Maine Chapter of Women in Title. In addition, Franchi is active in ALTA’s Influencer Program and ALTA WINGS Mentorship Program.
- Jonathan Lindahl NTP, OLTP is founder and CEO of Ohio-based Scioto Title. With 22 years of industry experience, he is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA), where he serves on the board of trustees and is chair of the Membership Committee. Lindahl also has served on OLTA’s DEI, Workforce, Education and Government Affairs committees. He has served as president of the Central Ohio Land Title Association and is chair of the association’s Publicity Committee.
- David Scott CTIS, NTP is senior vice president of Enterprise Services and National Agency Services for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, he is a licensed insurance producer in Colorado and earned the Certified Title Insurance Specialist (CTIS) in September 2026. Scott serves on ALTA’s Underwriter Section Executive, Government Affairs, Membership and Talent committees, the DI Advisory Council, Mentorship Subcommittee and is co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee
- Tricia Taylor MTP, NTP is vice president and division area manager for First American Title Insurance Co. Based in Minnesota, she has 33 years of industry experience and is a licensed insurance producer and closing agent. Taylor is a member of ALTA’s Government Affairs Committee, State Advocacy Network, TIPAC and is an active in ALTA’s Influencer Program. Additionally, she is a member of the Minnesota Land Title Association’s Convention Committee and Legislative Committee, and previously served on the IT Committee.
