MISMO Enhances SMART Doc Implementation Guide to Support Secure, Digital Mortgage Processes

The SMART Doc 1.02 Implementation Guide is a comprehensive resource that provides business, operational, and technical guidance for implementing electronic mortgage documents, including eNotes, throughout the mortgage lifecycle. More than 3.2 million eNotes have now been registered through the MERS eRegistry, according to ICE Mortgage Technology.
