Berkshire Hathaway to Acquire Taylor Morrison for $8.5B

June 11, 2026

The deal includes several title and settlement services businesses operated by Taylor Morrison. The builder owns Inspired Title Services LLC and ClosingMark Financial Group LLC, which includes subsidiaries like ClosingMark Settlement Services LLC and ClosingMark Title Agency LLC.
