As ALTA’s Registration & Conference Logistics Manager, Sally E. Lynn is often one of the very first people attendees see when they arrive at an event, and one of the lasting impressions they take with them when they leave.

Whether she’s greeting guests at registration, answering last-minute questions or calmly solving problems behind the scenes, Sally brings an energy that immediately puts people at ease. She has become one of the organization’s most recognizable and trusted faces, someone attendees genuinely look forward to seeing meeting after meeting.

According to her colleagues, that’s no accident.

One of the accomplishments Sally is most proud of isn’t tied to a single event or project. Instead, she values the everyday moments that remind her she’s making a difference. She says hearing coworkers tell her, “See you tomorrow,” means the world to her because it signals trust, teamwork and belonging. Outside the Office

Outside of work, Sally finds joy in simple routines and community. She starts each morning walking her dog, Miles, and greeting neighbors in the community she now proudly calls home after moving nine times in 20 years because of her husband’s career.

When asked if she would ever swap jobs with someone else at ALTA for a day, Sally’s answer was immediate: absolutely not.

“I am right where I want to be,” she said. “I have the perfect job.”

It’s hard to imagine anyone disagreeing.

Through countless conversations, early mornings, problem-solving moments and warm welcomes, Sally Lynn has helped shape the experience people associate with ALTA events and with ALTA itself. Her kindness, positivity and steady presence leave a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to work alongside her.
