ALTA 50 Residential Solar Loan Policy Endorsement Addresses Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Requirements for Originating Lenders

The ALTA 50 Endorsement is designed to address originating lenders’ requests for the deletion of certain exceptions relating to solar energy systems installed on one-to-four family residences, and to meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac selling guide requirements in relation to those solar energy systems.
