  In March 2024, the Biden administration announced a Title Acceptance Pilot, which waives the requirement for lender’s title insurance on certain refinances. Alliant National Names Chief Underwriting Counsel

January 29, 2026

In her new role, Valerie Grandin will focus on supporting Alliant National Title’s network of policy-issuing agents across the country. Her promotion builds on the successful legacy of Jeff Stein, who served in this role from 2020 until his retirement in 2025.
