Maryland AG Settles With Title Company Over Improper Referral Arrangements

January 15, 2026

Maryland’s attorney general announced a settlement with a title company and several related joint venture entities, resulting in $850,000 in restitution to Maryland consumers and a prohibition on future unlawful referral arrangements.
