ALTA Joins National Coalition Backing Housing for the 21st Century Act

December 16, 2025

In the Dec. 15 letter to leaders of the House Financial Services Committee, ALTA and other key trade groups expressed strong support for the bipartisan Housing for the 21st Century Act, which aims to reduce regulatory barriers and increase housing production for both renters and homeowners, modernize federal housing programs, and expand manufactured and affordable housing finance opportunities.
