  In March 2024, the Biden administration announced a Title Acceptance Pilot, which waives the requirement for lender’s title insurance on certain refinances. Nominate a Community Nonprofit for an ALTA Good Deeds Grant

Do you know a nonprofit that’s creating real change in your community? Help them access critical support by submitting a Spring 2026 grant application to the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation! Applications are open now through Jan. 31, with grant recipients announced in March 2026.

Since 2020, the Foundation has awarded $1.36 million to 234 community nonprofits, reaching 46 states and Washington, D.C. These organizations uplift neighborhoods, expand access to housing, strengthen families and deliver meaningful community-focused services.

We’re proud to support 501(c)(3) nonprofits that share our mission of building stronger, more vibrant communities. While housing-related initiatives receive priority, all eligible nonprofits are encouraged to apply. Organizations must be nonpolitical, nonpartisan and centered on community impact.

Whether your nonprofit is new to the Foundation or applying again, we want to hear their story. Be sure to highlight your personal involvement and why their work matters to your community.
