Palmetto Land Title Association Unveils Redesigned Website

The Palmetto Land Title Association (PLTA) redesigned its website to help its mission of supporting South Carolina’s title insurance professionals and attorneys.

For nearly five decades, PLTA has championed professionalism, education, advocacy and connection across the Palmetto State. The new website reflects that commitment, offering an updated member portal, an events calendar, a resource center with helpful forms and information on scholarships and sponsorship opportunities. All of this is designed to help members increase their visibility in the industry and the communities they serve.

“As members of the Palmetto Land Title Association, we share a common goal: to protect the integrity of our profession and the property rights of South Carolinians,” said Dawn Watkins, PLTA president. “This new website helps us move that mission forward—making it easier to engage, learn and collaborate as we prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.”

From legislative updates to continuing education, the site serves as a hub for title and real estate professionals who are shaping the future of the industry in South Carolina. By working together, PLTA members are ensuring that the future remains strong, secure and locally rooted.
