First American Honored as Best Workplaces for Women

First American Financial Corp. was selected by Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine as one of the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women, marking a decade on the list.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses from nearly 605,000 women employed by Great Place To Work Certified companies eligible for the list. To qualify, organizations must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.
“These companies show that when women thrive in the workplace, everybody else does too,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “That’s what it means to be a For All company, where the expectation is that every employee can have a great experience and reach their full potential.”
