Compass to Acquire Anywhere Real Estate

September 25, 2025

As part of the deal, Compass will acquire Anywhere Real Estate’s title and settlement services companies. Anywhere operates more than 40 title and escrow companies in 43 states and Washington, D.C., and providing closing services in all 50 states.
